Black Point is 3000 feet of wonderful private beach in Chilmark. Known for occassional great waves and soft sand, theres lots of room to spread out with family and friends. This is one of the finest Chilmark key beaches and rarely available. Close quickly and use the beach for the rest of the summer!

Down Quansoo road about a mile and look for BLACKPOINT sign on right. Follow to gate, and then onto beach. Buyers MUST accompany listing agent as gate is locked.
